SMS Terms & Conditions

We send two kinds of text messages: service / transactional messages related to your inquiry and service (quote follow-ups, appointment scheduling and reminders, and service updates), and optional marketing messages (promotions and offers) from The Plants' Pruner.

By submitting your mobile number on a form at theplantspruner.com you consent to service / transactional texts. To also receive marketing texts, check the separate marketing-consent box — it is unchecked by default and entirely optional. Neither consent is a condition of purchasing any product or service. We retain a record of the exact consent language and the date/time you agreed.

Message frequency varies depending on your request and your service.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. We do not charge for the messages themselves.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
