Service Terms

Monthly Lawn & Landscape Maintenance Plans

The Plants' Pruner Lawn & Landscape Maintenance Plans are the easiest way to ensure your lawn stays pristine year round. We are a one stop shop for all of your landscape needs. Once signed up, your price is locked in for a year. Payments are processed on the same day of month, every month so that you have one less bill to worry about. Signing up with us adds your home to seasonal maintenance schedule. Depending on location, your home is assigned to a day of the week on one of our prescheduled service routes. Depending on the season is how often we are scheduled for service. The Plants' Pruner is not responsible for any damage to property during any service. While we are relieved of all legal liability, we will do our best to make things right if an accident does occur.

Lawn Mowing Schedule

Every lawn service includes lawn mowing, edging, and blowing around house and obstacles.

Summer is when service is scheduled every week.

Spring and Fall, is scheduled every other week.

Winter time is scheduled once per month.

Landscape Maintenance Schedule

Weed Spray Schedule: We spay for weeds within landscaping beds once per month if included in plan.

Plant Pruning schedule will be tailored to each property's needs. Most plants can use a pruning about 3-4 times throughout the year. Our goal is to ensure your plants stay healthy while also keeping your landscape looking tidy at all times.

Cancelation Policy

We understand life can happen.

That is why our plans include $0 extra cancellation fees and no hoops to jump through!

Any services rendered within the month of cancellation, will result in a final invoice for that month to avoid any unpaid services. This is easily preventable by cancelling before a new month begins. There are no refunds after cancellation.

Landscape Renovations

Projects priced $500 or more will require a 50% down payment deposit to account for upfront cost of materials of the job. The remaining 50% is due after completion of job.

The Plants' Pruner is not responsible for any unintentional damage to property during the landscape renovation. While we are relieved of all liability, we will do our best to make things right if an accident does occur.

Any additions to projects after final plan agreement, will result in a price adjustment.
